Belarus appeared to be the largest beef exporter to Uzbekistan, State Stat says.

Belarus beef exports to Uzbekistan increased over 5.7-fold to 5.1 thousand Mt, including 2.8 thousand Mt of fresh and chilled beef and 2.3 thousand Mt of frozen beef.

Since the year beginning cattle livestock in Kazakhstan has reduced by 2.7% to 12.6 million head, including reduction of numbers of cows to 4.5 million head.

Beef prices have risen 7.7% over the first half of the year, the agency informs.
