Master class on American beef and veal coming soon in Shymkent

A master class on American beef and veal will take place in Shymkent for HoReCa players. The master class will be held by the chief consultant Evgeny Nazirov.

The master class will showcase both premium and alternative cuts and muscles: beef Top Blade, Hanging Tender, boneless Ribeye Tomahawk and Racket and boneless Ribeye Roll.

The master class will be held on September 17 at the "Secret" restaurant, Shymkent, Kunaev avenue 83.

In the evening of the same day, within the framework of the American Beef Festival in Kazakhstan, a presentation of the menu and a tasting will take place in the "Secret" restaurant.

The American Beef Festival in Kazakhstan takes place in different cities of Kazakhstan from September 14 to 29, 2020.
