US Meat Export Federation and restaurant "Demalys" invite you to a Gastro Dinner.

Gastro Dinner within the framework of the U.S. Beef Liver promotion in Kazakhstan takes place at "Demalys" restaurant, 4 Turan prospect, Nur-Sultan, Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at 7 pm.

The major gastro dinner items created by chef of the restaurant complex Demalys Oksana Shevchuk, are:

• a salad made of delicate American beef liver in a brew of corn flour, with baked pepper balls, peeled cucumbers, arugula, seasoned with ginger-sesame sauce and served with onion rings in white sesame seeds;
• American beef liver patties with sauteed carrots and Aioli sauce;
• American beef liver with mushrooms, leek and green onion in cream sauce, baked in rye bread at a Russian oven.

Moreover the U.S. beef liver promotion started last week at Metro Cash & Carry outlets in Almaty and Nur-Sultan.
