Photo report: Bruce Laudermilk's master class on American Beef Cooking Demo

About 30 chefs took part in an educational master class U.S. Beef Cooking Demo (premium cuts) for HoReCa market players in Georgia on May 31, 2021 at the Ghumeli restaurant, Tbilisi.

Galina Kochubeeva, representative of the US Meat Export Federation in the region, spoke about the high consumer properties of American marbled beef, about its juiciness and unsurpassed taste.
