U.S. Beef tasting and pairing with wines from the USA is held on December 23, 2021. Premium level Essentai Gourmet gastronome is hosting the Almaty restaurateurs and chefs with support of the USMEF.

The Essentai Gourmet' chef Jorge Sevilia will cook meals from a tasting menu:

• Roast beef with arugula and mustard sauce
• Tataki with marble beef under Ponzu sauce
• Cole Slough Salad
• Taco al Pastor
• Ribeye steak with peppercorn, Chimichurri and Roquefort sauces, grilled vegetables with Romesco sauce
• Grilled pineapple
