During the month from August 24 to September 24, guests of the Shkotska and Panska Gora restaurants in Lviv will find unique dishes from American marbled beef on the menu.

As part of the festival, the menu of restaurants will include steaks, roast beef, burgers, carpaccio of tender and juicy American beef.

American marble grain-fed beef has a delicious taste.

The festival will be held with the support of the Texas Beef Council and American Meat Export Federation – USMEF.
