American Beef Steak Festival in four restaurants of Tbilisi, Georgia country

In mid-June, a two-week American beer festival ended in four restaurants in Tbilisi, Georgia country, with support of the Texas Beef Council funds.

Strada, Keto da Kote restaurants, Argentinian Steakhouse, and Gastro Bar Alco Hall developed and introduced to the country citizens and guests the festival set menus with marbled beef from the USA, which contributed to the popularization of U.S. beef in the Georgian market and to its sales increase. Sets included salads or appetizers, American Beef steaks and deserts. 

All these restaurants are working with high quality beef from the USA and agreed with pleasure to take part in the festival and to create and introduce special meals with American Beef.

There were printed table tents with Festival set menus, placemats, roll-up banners; banners and articles on the event were posted in social media. Besides, in Argentinian Steakhouse there was conducted the festival opening for the loyal guests with American Beef Flank tasting and alive music.

Due to the information from the festival restaurants American Beef sales were as follows: Gastro bar Alco Hall – 182 kg; Keto da Kote – 204 kg; Strada - 226 kg; Argentinian Steakhouse – 257 kg. The purpose of the American beef events at HRI in Georgia country was to demonstrate a high-quality consistency of the American Beef, to increase its sales through an increase in demand on it.
