USMEF is conducting the U.S. Beef Cooking Demo for Georgia country chefs and  sous-chefs with R Bruce Laudermilk, invited consultant and chef, senior faculty manager at Culinary Arts Center of Azerbaijan. Chef Bruce will share his secrets of U.S. Beef steaks, roast beef, and meals with U.S. beef in ethnic cuisine, recipes of sauces, garnishes for servicing.

U.S. Beef Cooking Demo is conducted jointly with Premium Foods Group, Georgia country.

The U.S. Beef Cooking Demo takes place May 31 at 10:00 at Ghumeli restaurant, Iota hotel. 10 Lermontov street, Tbilisi, Georgia.
