American Beef Cooking Demo in Baku: Photo Report
U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) jointly with Culinary Arts Center of Azerbaijan held the U.S. Beef Cooking Demo for the Azerbaijan HRI market players.
The CASA chef Luther Maitland presented menu including U.S. beef tenderloin, boneless ribeye lip-on and bone-in ribeye, shortloin, and ways of real U.S. beef burgers servicing.
Galina Kochubeeva, a representative of the American Federation for the Export of Meat in the Region, spoke about the advantages of American beef, the highest standards of its safety and unsurpassed taste.
