U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) takes part in 20th Anniversary International Exhibition on Food, Ingredients and Food Technologies – UzFood 2021, which takes place on April 28 – 30, 2021 in Uzexpocentre NEC, Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

UzFood is the key event in the food industry. Every year the exhibition is attended by leading producers, suppliers and distributors of the food industry representing both national and global food markets. The exhibition is annually visited by top managers of the leading companies, importers and distributors, who have an opportunity to get acquainted with a great variety of food products and equipment, and to find their partners.

In the face of changes during and after the pandemic, the most urgent issue is finding new suppliers and products that meet the changing demand of consumers.

UzFood exhibition has become a large offline platform where the Food market players can solve business tasks as efficiently as possible over three exhibition days.

In 2019, the exhibition was attended by 8517 professionals: representatives of ministries and agencies, top management of companies, entrepreneurs, procurement specialists, process engineers and many others interested in products and services presented on the stands of the exhibition.

Annually within the framework of UzFood, a rich business program is conducted: professional tasting competition "Master of Quality"; Retail Center (a specialized platform for meetings between food manufacturers and buyers, retailers and distributors); seminars and master classes of participants.

USMEF annually takes part in the UzFood exhibition, introducing interests and red meat products of the U.S. farmers and red meat producers to the Uzbekistan meat market players.
