U.S. Beef Cooking Demo for final consumers in Uzbekistan
Within the framework of Digital Marketing program and E-commerce sales of U.S. beef from the USA in Uzbekistan, USMEF conducted a U.S. Beef workshop for Uzbekistan final consumers.
Irina Kim, the USMEF Chef-Ambassador and Hungry Kim, one of the most popular bloggers in the Region, shared their secrets of U.S. beef ribeye and short ribs cooking and highlighted features of marble beef from the USA.
The event was attended offline by influencers who later posted feedback about speakers' experience and eating qualities of U.S. beef ribeye steaks and Asado short ribs (more detailed video here).
