Texas Beef Festival in Uzbekistan: Photo report

The Texas Beef Festival started at the MeatMe restaurant in Tashkent on August 27.

Alexander Lavrenchuk, brand chef of the restaurant as well as the Courtyard by Marriott Tashkent hotel, prepared a special Festival menu, which, in addition to classic premium steaks, will include:

  • Beef Ribs with plum sauce,
  • Chuck Roll steak-salad with mango avocado salsa and lime dressing,
  • Brisket tortilla,
  • Chuck Roll steak with Chimichurri sauce

The opening of the Festival was attended by 10 famous bloggers of Uzbekistan, businessmen, guests of the Courtyard by Marriott hotel, representatives of the US Embassy in Uzbekistan and the American Chamber of Commerce.

On the first day of the Festival, there was a tasting of Texas Festival dishes, a presentation by brand chef Alexander Lavrenchuk and a quiz.

The Festival itself will last through September 10.
