U.S. Beef Cooking Demo for the players of the HoReCa market in Kazakhstan was held in Aktau on June 11, 2021 on the open terrace of the Caspian Riviera Grand Palace hotel. More than 30 chefs and restaurateurs from popular restaurants in Aktau and Atyrau took part in the master class. Among them was Vladimir Tyan, the chef of the host restaurant at the Caspian Riviera Hotel.

The renowned award-winning chef-consultant Pavel Galkovsky presented premium and alternative cuts of American beef to the guests and participants of the master class and showed how rational work with them can increase the profit of a restaurant.

The director of the Caspian Riviera hotel Raushan Khamitova, as a hospitable hostess of the event, was glad to see the organizers, participants and guests of the master class.

Among the specially invited guests was the Spanish rally driver Ricardo, who willingly shared his opinion about the pickling prepared here. He confirmed that it is not inferior to the one prepared in his friend's restaurant in Spain.

Galina Kochubeeva, a representative of the American Federation for the Export of Meat, told the participants and guests of the master class about the advantages and benefits of American marbled beef, about its unsurpassed taste, nutritional value and safety.

Zhamal Zharmagambetova, a specialist in the agricultural department of the US Embassy in the Republic of Kazakhstan, came to support suppliers and manufacturers of products.

The successful master class can be called an introduction to the Texas-style American Beef Festival in Aktau, which opened on the same evening, and will last until June 30, 2021.
