The Texas-style American Beef Festival is taking place in Kazakhstan.

On June 12, the Opening Ceremony of the Festival took place at the Tree of Life resort complex near Aktau.

For the opening of the Festival, Chief Consultant Pavel Galkovsky offered an unique menu:

• butcher's salad

• beef bacon salad
• steak New York
• steak Picanya and kebabs from it
• sandwiches with beef brisket
• beef bacon sandwiches with cole slow, pickles, tomato and fried onions
