Master classes and tastings of American beef "Grill Alley" at IEC KievExpoPlaza

Within the frame of the U.S. pork and beef promotion for Ukrainian final consumers, USMEF jointly with Grillex company, the importer and distributor of the U.S. grills and smokers, conducted a line of master classes and tastings of the BBQ pork and beef from the USA. The master classes were held within the framework of great the Grill Alley, Food Brands, Trade Industry, Franchising, and Industrial Ice Trade Show, that took place at the Kyiv Expo Plaza Exhibition Center, 1 Amsterdamska street, village Berezivka, Kyiv region, on March 16-18.

Grilling and smoking in keeping with the best Western traditions of U.S. pork loin baby back ribs and spareribs St. Louise Style, and U.S. beef skirts and NY Strip was demonstrated in the U.S.  pellet grills and smokers by Grillex brand chef Alexander Voronkoff, Lvov, and independent chef-consultant Igor Dyachenko, Kyiv.

The given exhibition is conducted bi-annually but the Spring one enjoys the greatest popularity of Kyiv citizens and guests because it's preliminary to the BBQ season. USMEF has participated in the show for the first time ever.
