Gastro dinner "Taste of America" with a presentation of the U.S. beef meals was held on April 28 at the restaurant City Grill, 23 Shahrisabz Street, Tashkent, for residents and guests of the Uzbekistan capital, and the restaurant loyal visitors.

The gastro dinner menu, which was developed and presented by the brand chef of the Globe Gourmet chain, Horkhe Sevilliya, included sets with roast beef from Top Blade with arugula, artichokes, cherry tomatoes in mustard sauce, Asado beef ribs with Chimichurri sauce and fresh vegetable salad, as well as Ribeye, Porterhouse, T-bone, iBone, Flat Iron steaks with salad of three types of tomatoes, Chimiruri, Peppery, Chile and Cheese sauces, as well as grilled pineapple for dessert.

More than 60 guests gathered on the summer terrace and the interior halls of the restaurant to learn more about their favorite product - American marble beef, enjoy roast and grilled beef from the USA, as well as socialize and listen to live music.
