American Meat Fest in Mirotel SPA & Resort, Truskavets, Ukraine, 25th of December

The two-week pre-Christmas American Meat Fest takes place in Mirotel from 17 to 31 December 2016 with the support of the American Federation of Meat Export (USMEF).

Presentation of the Festival menu from chef Alexis Dudarenko and recognition of US pork and beef from USMEF held on December 25 for guests and residents at the restaurant Bellini's Piano Bar & Grill.

Steak Top Blade, Cullote, ribeye, and brisket and baked dishes of US pork, were included in the menu. The evening was unusually interesting and bright thanks to the interesting information about the production of the American meat recipes from chef Alexis, as well as competitions and quizzes for children and adults.
