Opened in September 2011, "Buffalo Steak House" brings to the center of Chisinau the concept of a restaurant specializing in STEAKs. The matured meat is cooked for 4-7 minutes in the Josper oven (the only one in the Republic of Moldova) at a temperature of 500 degrees, thus keeping its nutrients and its own flavor. Only then is the steak truly "worthy" to be served. Also, special knives are used in the process of preparing a steak to avoid the scent of meat, which means that you will get the best of it.
