The restaurant’s cuisine is based on a unique collection of recipes by Elena Molokhovets, the author of a cult book on the peculiarities of Russian cooking and housekeeping. The recipes of cooking “from Molokhovets” recreated as a result of years of historical research and archival research allow the guests of the restaurant to get acquainted with Russian cuisine of the era of its higher development.
