Workshop on American beef in Tashkent on May 27
The USMEF to conduct a workshop on American marbled beef in Tashkent on May 27, 2024. The USMEF partners are BSPIK, ARS-DI, GASTRONOMICA UZ, CHEF STAR, BRAUN. The presenter is invited chef-consultant Pavel Galkovsky.


At the workshop, Chef Pavel will present:

Pavel Galkovsky is one of the most famous experts on marbled beef in the CIS. Chef Pavel is a professional expert and a member of the jury of various Russian and international culinary competitions, leading master classes at exhibitions and culinary schools. His track record includes the most prestigious restaurants in Moscow.
In recent years, Chef Pavel has led the kitchen of successful steakhouses Goodman and T-Bone Wine. Now he acts as a chef consultant, as a chef who is deeply versed in the intricacies of the product, and as a technologist who knows how to cook the product correctly. Chef Pavel was trained under the Beef 101 program in Texas, USA.
The venue is GASTRONOMICA UZ Culinary Studio. It starts at 11:00.
