Workshop on American Beef in Tashkent on April 29
Supported by USMEF the American Beef Cooking demo for chefs and meat buyers was conducted in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The workshop took place at the PRIME restaurant on April 29.
Famous chef Konstantin Zhbakov showed the participants of the workshop the cutting of alternative cuts of American beef and shared recipes for their preparation. He created special recipes for the presentation using his skills and experiences in work with American Beef.

Chef Konstantin used alternative cuts for cooking and presentation as follows:
- Knuckle
- Gooseneck
- Round inside
- Chuck Clod
- Hindshank
The tasting took place after the master class has been completed.
