The United States Meat Export Federation (USMEF) is holding the U.S. Beef retail promo in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, where the first supermarket of the Kazakhstan retail chain Galmart was opened in late 2024.

To attract the attention of Uzbekistan consumers to the most valuable product - the American marbled beef - Galmart brand chef Anvar cooked premium and secondary cut steaks: Ribeye, New York, Tomahawk, Denver, Chuck Roll, Skirt of various grades for indoor tastings.
