U.S. Beef in smoker, Tashkent, Uzbekistan

USMEF is conducting master class on U.S. Beef cooked in smoker and on grill, in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. The venue of the event appeared to be restaurant Getashen Smoker Bar, which is famous as restaurant with traditions of beef smoking in Texas style.

Chef speaker Konstantin Zhbakov, legendary chef-consultant, will demonstrate the art of U.S. beef:

  • NY Strip

in smoker and on grill, innovation cutting of U.S.beef Striploin, various alternative steaks, sauces.

Chef Konstantin will use grilling on OFYR Dutch Grill.
