American Beef Liver Weeks in Uzbekistan

US Beef Liver Weeks are starting December 6 at Teppanyaki Tashkent Uzbekistan. The event is organized by the US Meat Export Federation (USMEF).

During two weeks from December 6 through December 20 Uzbekistan capital citizens and guests will be able to taste American Beef Liver and value its juiciness, tenderness and unique taste and palatability.

Teppanyaki owner and chef Acrom Mirsaidov, the best chef of Uzbekistan in accordance with last year voting results of MDChoice Award, will cook various American Beef Liver meals for the restaurant guests.
