Third Central Asian Chef Battle in Uzbekistan

Within the frame of project “U.S. Beef promotion in Uzbekistan and Central Asia markets” under the aegis of United States Meat Export Federation and Texas Beef Council there is conducting a chef-battle among professional chefs from the Central Asian region (chefs, sous-chefs, chefs of famous restaurants).

The event is supported by BSPiK Company.

We invite specialists from the countries of Central Asia – such as Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan to take part in the chef-battle for free.

The chef battle will take place over several days:

  • 5 June 2023 – seminar on U.S. Beef for Central Asia HRI market players and retailers by Jorge Sevilla.

  • 6 June 2023 – qualifying rounds.
  • 7 June 2023 – final and awarding the winners.

The main prize is a trip to Dubai (UAE) including visits to restaurants and dealers using American Beef.

Chief referee of the final is brand-chef at Globe Gourmet (Russia) and Esentai Gourmet (Kazakhstan) chains Jorge Sevilla.

Venue: Uzbekistan, Tashkent, Culinary club "GASTRONOMICA". Start at 11 am.
