Within the frame of project “U.S. Beef promotion in Uzbekistan and Central Asia markets” United States Meat Export Federation and Texas Beef Council held a chef-battle among professional chefs from the Central Asian region (chefs, sous-chefs, chefs of famous restaurants). The event was supported by BSPiK Company.

Chief referee of the final was brand-chef at Globe Gourmet (Russia) and Esentai Gourmet (Kazakhstan) chains Jorge Sevilla.
