On September 1, the Texas-style American Marble Beef Festival opened in Miras Restaurant for two weeks. The festive event was attended by Texas chef Chris Williams.

Also during the Festival, Chris Williams will hold a master class in cooking American beef for players in the hospitality industry of Uzbekistan. It will be held in the exhibition hall of the company "Denko Mix" on September 2.
