The Texas Beef Festival starts today in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, supported by the US Meat Export Federation (USMEF) and funded by the Texas Beef Council.

Igor Larionov, brand chef of the Prime restaurant, will conduct a master class and present Texas steaks on the first day of the festival.

For two weeks, Prime Restaurant guests will be able to choose from a variety of Texas steaks and American beef dishes from the menu:
