Seminar on American beef at the Cup "DelaRuk-2023" in Kazakhstan
Supported by the American Meat Export Federation, a seminar on American beef was held as part of the XII International Gastronomic Cup "DelaRuk-2023".

The speaker was Roberto Santos, the chef-owner of the Rio restaurant in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan. Chef Roberto shared his experience of cooking an alternative cut Top Sirloin Cap, also known as Picanha steak. it's known for its strong beef flavor.
USMEF also provided American beef - Top Sirloin Butt Cap for the Cup "DelaRuk-2023" final.
