Second Central Asian Chief Battle in Kazakhstan

Within the framework of project “U.S. Beef promotion in Kazakhstan and Central Asia markets” under the aegis of United States Meat Export Federation and Texas Beef Council there is conducting a chef-battle among professional chefs from the Central Asian region (chefs, sous-chefs, chefs of famous restaurants).

The chief battle will take place over several days:

  • May 11-12, 2022 - qualifying rounds
  • May 13, 2022 - final
  • May 14, 2022 - awarding the winners

The main prize is a trip to Georgia including visits to restaurants and dealers using American beef.

Chief referee of the final is USMEF Corporate Chef for Mexico, CA&DR German Navarrete, the U.S. red meat Ambassador in America, EU and China. He will also hold an American Beef Seminar on May 14, 2022.

Venue: Kazakhstan, Almaty, culinary studio «Kenwood».
