Master Class by Jorge Sevilla in Uzbekistan
As part of the project "Promotion of American Marble Beef in the Markets of Uzbekistan and Central Asia," the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) is hosting a master class for professionals and experts in the HoReCa sector (chefs, sous-chefs, cooks).

The master class will be led by brand chef Jorge Sevilla from the Globus Gourmet (Russia) and Esentai Gourmet (Kazakhstan).
During the master class, participants will learn about working with alternative cuts of American beef. Chef Jorge will showcase the following:
- Flank steak
- Pastrami
- Short Ribs
- Tri Tips
The event is organized by the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF).
Partners are: BSPiK, Ars-Di, Gastronomica.uz, "Delicom", "Braun".
The master class will be held on April 13, 2025 at 11:00.
The venue will be the "GASTRONOMICA" Culinary Studio in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Participation is free, but spots are limited.
