A master class on American marble beef was held in Uzbekistan
The master class in Khiva was conducted by Pavel Galkovsky (Russia, Moscow), one of the best experts on American marble beef. The organizer of the master class is the American Meat Export Federation (USMEF).

The participants received information about beef production in the USA, about the advantages of using American beef, about the main cuts for the HoReCa segment. Chef Pavel showed how to properly carve and slice these cuts.
Participants were presented with various cooking methods, including on Weber grills, and serving options.

- Beef Liver Choice
- Hanging Tender Choice
- Beef Bacon Cured
