Master class on American beef at Bocuse d'Or in Ukraine

Bocuse d'Or is a world culinary championship that takes place every two years. The competition is named after the outstanding French chef Paul Bocuse. He made a huge contribution to French cuisine, many of the world's Michelin chefs have learned from him.

This year, the picking for the European final of Bocuse d'Or - 2022 is being held in Ukraine for the first time. At the event on October 11, in addition to the competition, lectures, seminars and master classes from Ukrainian chefs and world experts are held.

President of Bocuse d'Or Ukraine Yevgeniy Korolyov included in his master class the preparation of American beef dishes various methods of preparing the Shoulder Clod.

The master class ended with a tasting of American beef at the joint stand of the American Federation for the Export of Meat with the importer WINE BUREAU.
