IV Central Asian Team Chef Battle May 27-29, 2024
The USMEF to hold the IV Central Asian Team Chef Battle in Tashkent on May 27-29, 2024, partnered with the BSPIK, ARS-DI, GASTRONOMICA UZ, CHEF STAR, BRAUN.
The qualifying rounds will take place on May 27 and 28, and the final and awarding of the winners will take place on May 29. The main prize of the competition is a trip to Dubai with a visit to establishments working with American beef. The venue for the competition is provided by GASTRONOMICA UZ Culinary Studio (Uzbekistan, Tashkent).
The chairman of the jury is a professional expert on marbled beef, chef–consultant Pavel Galkovsky.
