Festive lunch and gastro presentation with American beef took place in Azerbaijan
USMEF partnered with Gudfood held a festive lunch and presentation of American beef (premium and alternative cuts) for Azerbaijani chefs on December 2, 2024, in Baku at the Fireworks Urban Kitchen restaurant. Presentation was held by the invited chef Jorge Sevilla.
The cuts that are widely used in HRI was served - American Beef NY Strip, Brisket, Short Ribs, Chuck Roll. American Beef advantages, standards, taste; eating qualities of American beef was determined.Chef Jorge shared secrets of the preparation and widespread use of American beef.
