Festival of American Beef “Alternative” in Kazakhstan

Festival of U.S. Beef “Alternative” is starting in Kazakhstan on December 8. The festival is conducted with the USMEF support in two Atyrau restaurants – Buffalo Grill and Khutorok through December 21.

Special festival menu includes various meals with US marble beef. Tender and flavorful American beef will surprise the restaurant guests with its saturated taste.

Various alternative steaks, appetizers, salads with US marble beef will be waiting for gourmets at Buffalo Grill. Festival meals in Khutorok menu will sweeten dishes of traditional Ukrainian cuisine.

Prior to the US Beef festival, the US Beef workshop on secondary cuts was conducted for Kazakhstan HRI market players. Invited chef consultant Eugen Nazirov has held the workshop that considered fabrication, the best cooking methods, servicing of:

  • Brisket,

  • Short Plate,
  • Top Sirloin Butt Cap,
  • Eye of Round,
  • Hanging Tender,
  • Top Blade.

The US Beef workshop inaugurated the US Beef Festival opening in Kazakhstan.
