American Marble Beef Seminar Held in Tbilisi December 16

Chef Oleg Starun hosted a seminar on American marbled beef in TbilisiMore than 60 restaurateurs, retailers, chefs, meat buyers have gathered today in Ghumeli, the restaurant with the most beautiful terrace in the capital of Georgia, for a seminar on American marbled beef.

The seminar was held by the famous Ukrainian chef Oleg Starun with the support of the American Meat Export Federation (USMEF) and Premium Foods Group (www.pfg.ge), an importer and distributor of premium products in Georgia.

During the theoretical part of the seminar, the attention of the participants was focused on the main factors determining the consistently high quality of a unique product - American marbled beef.

During the practical part, Chef Oleg Starun demonstrated to the seminar participants the alternative Chuck Rolls, Short Ribs, Short Plate, premium cuts in a classic and innovative cut. The decoration of the menu was Christmas Wellington beef from fine American beef tenderloin!
