American Beef Seminar: Kiev, Steakhouse Restaurant September 16, 2019
A grandiose event on American marbled beef was held in Kiev. The Steakhouse restaurant on Vladimirskaya Street opened its doors to participants of the next culinary event.
USMEF corporate chef for Mexico, Central and South America, the Dominican Republic and China Herman Navarrete held an interesting seminar on innovative slicing and cooking of American beef, primarily taking into account the needs of generation Y, contemporaries of the current millennium. He presented the participants with striking Tex-Mex recipes - methods of cooking premium meat.
The seminar was held under the motto: "Premium American Beef - The Choice of Millennials, the Hip-Ennial Generation."
