Within the frame of U.S. Beef promotion in the Central Asian markets United States Meat Export Federation (USMEF) held American Beef. Premium & Alternative Cuts seminar for HRI market players and retailers of Republic of Uzbekistan.

The leading speaker was the chef Dmitry Zakharov, who has extensive experience in well-known meat restaurants in Samarkand. Chef Dmitry was assisted by other chefs who have experience working with American Beef.
