The speaker was brand-chef at Globe Gourmet (Russia) and Esentai Gourmet (Kazakhstan) chains Jorge Sevilla. He is one of the most famous chefs in the world, working with gourmet meat products.

More than 20 players in the HoReCA segment showed interest in the event, which was held in the restaurant of the Sheraton Bishkek Hotel. Mostly they were members of the Kyrgyzstan Chefs Association
