American Beef & Pork presentation for HRI market players and professionals of the North Kazakhstan Region will take place on September 22 at the picturesque place Family Eating-House Usad’ba, Kozhabergen Zhyrau, 39/5, Petropavlovsk, Republic of Kazakhstan.

 

Chef-speaker Pavel Galkovsky, a great professional in American red meat, was trained under the BEEF 101 program in Texas, USA, worked at Kolbasoff, Googman's, T-Bone steakhouses, and has been an Ambassador for American Red Meat, will introduce:

Premium Beef cuts:

- Ribeye in the grades of Prime and Choice – trimming, cutting, steaks
- Striploin in the grades of Prime and Choice– trimming, cutting, steaks

Alternative Beef muscles:

- Tri-Tip – Santa Maria steak
Hanging Tender – Butcher's steak
