The CARAT Restaurant and Bar has created a special BBQ & Grill menu for the annual American Beef Festival in Kazakhstan.

Salad with grilled American marbled beef Short Loin on chickpea paste and cream cheese with salad mix and cherry tomatoes
- bruschetta with American marbled beef Hanging Tender tartare with buttercream, cured tomatoes, capers and onion chips

All steaks are served with grilled potato, bell pepper lecho, corn cob and sauces Chimichurri/barbecue/vegetable salsa with mango.
