The CARAT Restaurant and Bar has created a special BBQ & Grill menu for the annual American Beef Festival in Kazakhstan.

Appetizers and Salads:

  • Salad with grilled American marbled beef Short Loin on chickpea paste and cream cheese with salad mix and cherry tomatoes

  • bruschetta with American marbled beef Hanging Tender tartare with buttercream, cured tomatoes, capers and onion chips
