American Beef Cutting & Cooking demo conducted in Chisinau, Moldova
Supported by United States Meat Export Federation (USMEF) American Beef Cutting & Cooking demo was holding in Chisinau, Moldova, on April 10, for HRI market players. The speaker was brand-chef at Globe Gourmet (Russia) and Esentai Gourmet (Kazakhstan) chains Jorge Sevilla, well knowned as an expert in American beef sales, cooking, and aging.

Chef Jorge shared his favorite recipes and explained why the most famous chefs prefer to cook dishes from American beef.
«Each cut has a separate code, according to which you can order meat, and at the same time be sure that the restaurant will always receive exactly the part that is needed. And that's very important for a chef», he said.
The event is held jointly with company Etalonus Grup, an importer and distributor of American Beef in Moldova.
