American Beef Cutting and cooking ideas seminar was held in Uzbekistan
Within the frame of project “U.S. Beef promotion in Uzbekistan and Central Asia markets” under the aegis of United States Meat Export Federation and Texas Beef Council held American Beef Cutting and cooking ideas seminar for HRI market players and retailers of Uzbekistan (chefs, sous-chefs, chefs of famous restaurants). The event was supported by BSPiK Company.
The speaker was brand-chef at Globe Gourmet (Russia) and Esentai Gourmet (Kazakhstan) chains Jorge Sevilla. Chef Jorge shared his experience in working with Prenium as well as Alternative U.S. Beef cuts.
