American Beef Cutting and cooking ideas seminar in Uzbekistan

Within the frame of project “U.S. Beef promotion in Uzbekistan and Central Asia markets” under the aegis of United States Meat Export Federation and Texas Beef Council there is holding American Beef Cutting and cooking ideas seminar for HRI market players and retailers of Uzbekistan (chefs, sous-chefs, chefs of famous restaurants). The event is supported by BSPiK Company.
The speaker is brand-chef at Globe Gourmet (Russia) and Esentai Gourmet (Kazakhstan) chains Jorge Sevilla. Chef Jorge will share his experience in working with Prenium as well as Alternative U.S. Beef cuts.
