American Beef Classes at XIV International Gastronomic Festival “DelaRuk-2024”

USMEF took part in XIV International Gastronomical Festival “DelaRuk-2024” on November 6-8 with classes on American Beef Hanging Tender and Short Plate cutting and cooking from Kazakhstan chef Alisher Kassym, Traditional hotel & restaurant complex in Astana, and chef-consultant Alexei Arkhangelsky, Almaty. USMEF was also a partner of the festival in nomination “Golden chef – 2024”.

Chefs’ Festival “DelaRuk” is a unique and most important event in the HRI business and in the professional & educational space of Kazakhstan.  The festival is designed to increase the importance of the profession of chefs in general, to popularize culinary art, to develop the HRI business as an industry, to promote the exchange of experience and improve the professional skills of chefs in Eurasia.

American Beef classes were attended by chefs of restaurants The Paragon, Fifth Avenue, The Secret and Sigma Brau, which utilize American Beef and have become new members of the American Beef Club. They were handed ABC planchettes.
