Welcome Texas Beef Festival at Buffalo steakhouse Atyrau!

The US Beef festival opening, presentation of the Festival menu and tasting for the final consumers, the restaurant guests. The event was held on September 14, supported by the USMEF.

The Festival menu, created by invited chef Dmitry Vasiliev, executive chef at Park-hotel Vozdvizhenskoe, highlights the Texas cuisine and major beef items that are popular in the state of Texas: beef ribs, roasted with BBQ sauce, Texas BBQ burger with brisket, fajitas with beef Chuck Roll, Denver steak cooked in mixture of papers and herbs, Chicken fried steaks in Texas style.
