Exclusive tasting of steaks from the American marble beef AMERICAN BBQ FEST under the motto "Try spring to taste!" was held in the panoramic restaurant BELLINI'S PIANO BAR & GRILL, Truskavets, May 2, 2017 with the support of the American Meat Export Federation (USMEF).

Chef Alexey Dudarenko gave the guests the best dishes from American marble beef - ribay, kullot, beef ribs in texas style, brisket under author's and classic sauces.

The USMEF representative Galina Kochubeyeva was so informative and enthusiastically telling the guests about the wonderful taste of American beef that it was difficult to wait for another portion.

Each guest could taste fine dishes, take part in a master class from the chef and in culinary competitions, and also enjoy live music. Gastronomic celebration in the open air turned into a holiday of health full of bright emotions and impressions!
