A plant for the production of frozen semi-finished products for burgers and cheeseburgers has been built in the Minsk region, BelTA informs in the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee.

It implements the project of Food Town Bel, which intends to establish the production of high-quality meat semi-finished products of deep freeze - beef cutlets, chopped bacon. The products will be delivered both for export and for domestic sales, in the McDonald's restaurant chain..

Boneless meat. That is, the plant will become a kind of clientele, and not a meat factory, as the founders note. The production is unique to Belarus. 

The most stringent safety requirements will be applied. A special meat machine is being manufactured, which will produce round boilers that are shock-frozen. Production is virtually waste-free. Laboratory for organoleptic and microbiological control of all products.

The project is import-substituting and also has significant export potential. In restaurants and other places of public catering. Semi-finished products of high quality will make life easier for ordinary housewives. In addition, residents of Logoisk and the district can get jobs at the new plant.
