Belarus: Cutlets for burgers will do in Logoysk

It implements the project of Food Town Bel, which intends to establish the production of high-quality meat semi-finished products of deep freeze - beef cutlets, chopped bacon. The products will be delivered both for export and for domestic sales, in the McDonald's restaurant chain..

The most stringent safety requirements will be applied. A special meat machine is being manufactured, which will produce round boilers that are shock-frozen. Production is virtually waste-free. Laboratory for organoleptic and microbiological control of all products.
