Peppery Seasoned Steaks

Ingredients:
4 boneless Beef top loin steaks, 1” thick (approx. 2 lbs)
Seasoning:
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp seasoned pepper
1. Combine seasoned salt and pepper; press evenly into both sides of Beef steaks.
2. Heat 12” nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Place steaks in skillet; cook 12 to 15 minutes for medium-rare to medium doneness, turning once.
15 minutes, 4 servings.
